The actor and wife Neha Kapur Nayyar purchased the property almost nine years ago, but are now looking to move on.

Purchasing it in 2012 for $2.85 million, the couple have now listed the property on sale for nearly double the price.

The Spanish-style villa, which has three bedrooms, is a three-and-a-half bathroom 5,000 square foot Hacienda.

Back in 2017, the couple and their home featured in Architectural Digest, where they spoke about keeping the home in their family ‘for generations.’ ‘If we’re fortunate enough, until the day we die, we’re never going to sell this house,’ Kunal said. ‘It’s going to be in our family for generations.’
