We covered the home known as Villa Maggio back in 2015, when it was available for $4 million. The hideaway has bounced on and off the market over the past half-decade, but popped back up for sale a couple of weeks ago, with a list price of $4.25 million. Clicks on the Chairman of the Board’s onetime oasis soon followed, and propelled the place to the top of our list.

Perhaps 2021 will be the year that Ol’ Blue Eyes’ home will finally find a buyer. Built in 1970, it is surrounded by spectacular vistas and includes big boss amenities like a helipad.
