Markus Canter and Cristie St. James are the founding directors of the New Homes Division. Considering the New Homes Division mission is to serve as the pre-eminent resource for California's real estate development community, we are proud of the division's steady growth, and the company leadership and the agents who make this possible.

A key part of this mission is our commitment to celebrate and curate awareness, about leading contributors, to the history and future of development in California.

Award-winning architect Zoltan E. Pali, our guest back in August 17, 2022 at the Beverly Hills branch, is certainly among this group of leaders we are inspired by, as having made an instrumental impact, in real estate development, particularly in the area of architectural design.
